The industry in Alberta has been changing. It is important for condominium corporations that contract a manager or team that they be part of a licensed brokerage.

As a previous Associate Broker Dustin setup Catalyst as an independent brokerage. Like all brokerages, Castor Condos can be found on the Real Estate Council of Alberta’s Find a Licensee tool. Copies are included here for clients that wish to verify current registration and licensing.
