The 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on September 9th. The draft meeting minutes have been posted for owner access:

The board of directors has planned to update the Reserve Fund Study in conjunction with an update of the hardscaping (the most common requested improvement by owners).
Owners that wish to be involved can reach out to Info@CastorCondos.com to provide insight and suggestions. The board intends to bring options and costs back for owners to review before making major architectural changes.
