Roof Repairs - After retendering the 2023 hail damage work, Calgary Elite Roofing was approved to complete the hail repairs to the roofs property wide. Due to delay of materials work has been deferred. However as of November 19th the shipment is now in town and we are waiting on appropriate weather for the work.

Unit Door Replacements

As discussed at the October 3rd AGM, a winter survey will be issued to unit owners in winter to report on door usability, locks and hardware effectiveness and draft/heat retention of doors to help the board make a good decision regarding the necessity of door repairs or replacements in the coming year.

The best time of year to test doors is in consistently cold weather (-20 degrees Celsius) to detect drafts.

Approval for upgrade of the Telus lines servicing the property has been granted and is pending scheduling by Telus and F3 Contracting.

A risk assessment was completed and the terms of how restoration of unintended damages has been clearly outlined and agreed to.

When the project proceeds there will be more information brough forth and at the completion of the project each owner will have the opportunity to report defects of workmanship they might be aware of.
