History

Castor Condos was founded March 20th, 2023. Since then as a sole operator, Dustin has remained committed to supporting condominiums through various outreach platforms and organizations.

Founder

Dustin Gutsche, B.Sc. Eng., B.Ed., Licensed Condominium Manager

Following careers in education and survey engineering, Dustin ventured into Condominium Management as an educator and advocate for both condominium owners and condominium boards.

Having served in all executive roles on two different condominium corporations his experience in reserve fund planning, large capital projects, balancing budgets and helping boards and communities to navigate the complexities of running a non-profit corporation made the transition to a licensed manager a natural one.

Castor

As some may know, Castor is the Latin word for beaver. Replicating the ingenuity and work ethic of nature’s engineer, transforming the ecosystem, Castor Condos is poised to have the same lasting impact in the communities it serves.
