Associations
Three of the five values that Castor Condos embodies demands engagement with external organization (Education, Advocacy and Collaboration). To that end I participate and support the following organizations:
The Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta
Currently serving as the chair of the board of directors, Dustin contributes to the positive support of condominiums and their owners through engaging education and advocacy for industry reform.
The Canadian Condominium Institute, South Chapter
Dustin is a director at large of the local chapter and Castor Condos is a sponsor of this local chapter and its initiatives. Dustin also serves on the planning committee for the Alberta Condominium and Real Estate Conference representing CCI South Alberta.
The Condo Owners’ Forum Society of Alberta
Dustin is secretary to the board of directors and in addition to serving on the Advocacy team, is a rotating host of the monthly meet-ups (free to everyone) and editor to the Alberta Condo Connections magazine.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta
Castor Condos is a brokerage licensed by, and held accountable by RECA, as required by Alberta Legislation.

Condominium Stakeholder Working Group
Regular contributor in stakeholder sessions contributing to legislative reform including the development of the upcoming Alberta Condominium Tribunal.
